What if the borrower/guarantor has a criminal history?

We require a letter of explanation of all criminal charges and bankruptcies associated with the borrower. Providing this information upfront will significantly expedite the diligence process. Additionally, PeerStreet will conduct its own background search, and depending on the result of further review, the loan may or may not be eligible for PeerStreet’s platform.
