What is the purchase process once a loan has been fully diligenced?

Once a loan has been moved into the ‘Diligenced’ stage, PeerStreet will upload purchase documents to the Lender Platform, at which point, the status will be changed to ‘Purchasing.’ Once these docs are executed, notarized, and uploaded to the Lender Platform, PeerStreet will release a wire to fund the loan purchase.
