PeerStreet will need to see all diligence documents you have pertaining to the loan. At a minimum, we require these documents to begin our diligence process:

- DOT/Mortgage
- Personal Guaranty
- Title Policy
- HOA Documents/ Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R) - where applicable
- Escrow Instructions (signed by title officer and escrow officer)
- Evidence of Property Insurance (with flood insurance binder if applicable)
- Settlement Statement
- Appraisal/BPO
- Application
- Borrower/Guarantor ID
- Business Purpose Loan Certification
- Corp Entity Documents
- Credit Report
- Declaration of Non-Owner Occupancy
- Disclosures
- Loan Payment History (if applicable)
- Purchase and Sale Agreement
