Does PeerStreet buy property types other than Single Family Residences (SFR) and Multifamily (MF)?

Commercial deals are subject to review by our Investment Committee on a loan-by-loan basis. The timing from upload to purchase for deals that need to be approved by Investment Committee will typically be longer than SFR and MF properties.
