Does PeerStreet buy loans if the borrower is not a US citizen?

In order for the loan to be PeerStreet eligible, the borrower/guarantor must provide proof of citizenship or a green card. If the borrower is an entity, the entity must be domiciled in the U.S and the guarantor must have a green card.
