Why does PeerStreet require borrower contact information?

In order to properly set-up your borrower with our loan servicer, PeerStreet needs the borrower’s basic contact information. Our servicer will use the mailing address that you provide to send the borrower a servicer welcome package before the first payment is due. Providing the information listed below will help ensure that the borrower is able to make their first payment on time and avoid any late fees.
