Can the “Lender As-Is Valuation” field be based on an internal valuation?

PeerStreet requires a valuation report from a third-party vendor. If you have a valuation based on an internal analysis, please include it in the lender notes. However, the file that should be uploaded to Lender Platform is the one commissioned by a third-party.
