Please send all physical files to PeerStreet at the address noted below on the same day as PeerStreet’s purchase. The file must include the following original documents:
- Original Promissory Note
- Original Guaranty (if applicable)
- Original recorded Deed of Trust/Mortgage OR a Certified copy of the recorded Deed of Trust/Mortgage.
- Title Insurance Policy with “Its Successors and/or Assigns” language after the insured’s name OR 104.1 ALTA endorsement.
- Any originals of any assumptions, modifications, consolidations, or extension agreements.
The following must be included for funded loans:
- Original Assignment of Deed of Trust/Mortgage
- Allonges
- Loan Purchase Certificate
- Assignment and Assumption of Loan Documents
PeerStreet will send the Assignment for recording. Please send physical files to:
