There will be four documents in your purchase document package:
- Allonge
- Loan Purchase Certificate
- Assignment and Assumption of Loan Documents
- Assignment of Mortgage/Deed of Trust
To save time for yourself and PeerStreet, it is imperative that these documents are filled out correctly. Below are instructions for filling out your purchase documents package.
Allonge
- Fill in the date.
- Review the allonge.
- Sign the allonge (authorized signatories only).
Assignment of Deed of Trust/Mortgage
- Fill in the date in Paragraph 1 on page 1.
- Review page 1 to make sure the information is correct.
- Contact a notary and sign/notarize the Assignment of Deed of Trust/Mortgage (authorized signatories only). Make sure that the notary stamp is legible.
- Verify that the name of the signatory on page 2 exactly matches the name on the acknowledgement on page 3.
Loan Purchase Certificate
- Fill in the date on page 1.
- Review Schedule 1 to make sure the information is correct.
- Sign the Loan Purchase Certificate (authorized signatories only).
Assignment and Assumption of Loan Documents
- Fill in the date in paragraph 1 on page 1.
- Review schedule 1 to make sure the information is correct.
- Sign the Assignment and Assumption of Loan Documents (authorized signatories only).
Please scan all documents and upload them to Lender Platform immediately.
Then mail the original versions to:
