Are condo and/or HOA documents required when selling a loan collateralized by a condo?

Yes, PeerStreet requires declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions, and bylaws for all condos. These documents necessary because we need to be aware of who who controls the board of the condo or HOA, and whether PeerStreet, as mortgagee, needs to provide notice of the mortgage notice address to the HOA.
