Who handles loan servicing?

PeerStreet maintains master servicing rights on loans and retains a third-party sub-servicer to service the loans. We have several servicers that have each been through our rigorous counterparty vetting process. Typically, it takes two-to-three weeks to get the loans fully onboarded with our third-party sub-servicer.
