How does the valuation process work?

If, on the date of purchase, there is an appraisal on file that has been commissioned within the past six months from Clear Capital or Appraisal Nation, PeerStreet can move forward with diligence based on your valuation. If you have a BPO or an appraisal from an approved vendor that was commissioned more than six months ago, PeerStreet will need to order its own valuation. The type of valuation will be dependent upon loan type and size.
