Why do I see Goals on my dashboard?

The Goals window is a helpful feature that helps you track your progress toward the monthly and quarterly funding goals that you set with your PeerStreet account manager. At the beginning of every quarter, your account manager will review your last quarter and discuss upcoming growth strategy and target the volume of loans you would like to fund through the PeerStreet marketplace.

From there, you will agree on a volume goal for the quarter based on how many loans you should be able to sell through PeerStreet.

The graph on the left shows current funding for the month compared to your monthly goal, while the graph on the right shows loans funded for the quarter compared against your quarterly goal.
